Client Servicing Associate

Responsible for maintaining existing accounts on a subsequent day-to-day servicing of clients’ needs

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes cost effective rates and markets/bids risks
  • Collects and evaluates underwriting data on captive and prospective accounts and tailored-fit policy terms and conditions
  • Responds to inquiries pertaining to insurance related matters and review periodically statistics on loss experience and determine possibilities of reducing rates
  • Maintains regular communications with clients
  • Account  management
  • Responsible for the following insurance / HMO requirements of assigned accounts
  • Responsible for the efficient administration of clients insurance policy portfolio to include:
    • Timely renewals
    • Accurate policy amendments
    • Prompt delivery of documents to clients
  • Responsible for keeping a high level of policy retention percentage, at least to renew all policies assigned to the New Business Group

Account Administration

  • Marketing functions as registered in the Insurance and HMO Industry
  • Attend to client review meetings
  • Participating in client review meetings
  • Report drafting/proposal programming
  • Ensures that all documents/procedures are in compliance with Magnate’s standards
  • Sets/monitors budgets of the Employee Benefits/Affinity Team

  • Attends to clients’ inquiries and when other servicers are indisposed
