Responsible for maintaining existing accounts on a subsequent day-to-day servicing of clients’ needs
Responsibilities:
- Establishes cost effective rates and markets/bids risks
- Collects and evaluates underwriting data on captive and prospective accounts and tailored-fit policy terms and conditions
- Responds to inquiries pertaining to insurance related matters and review periodically statistics on loss experience and determine possibilities of reducing rates
- Maintains regular communications with clients
- Account management
- Responsible for the following insurance / HMO requirements of assigned accounts
- Responsible for the efficient administration of clients insurance policy portfolio to include:
- Timely renewals
- Accurate policy amendments
- Prompt delivery of documents to clients
- Responsible for keeping a high level of policy retention percentage, at least to renew all policies assigned to the New Business Group
Account Administration
- Marketing functions as registered in the Insurance and HMO Industry
- Attend to client review meetings
- Participating in client review meetings
- Report drafting/proposal programming
- Ensures that all documents/procedures are in compliance with Magnate’s standards
- Sets/monitors budgets of the Employee Benefits/Affinity Team
Annual Review
- Account Monitoring
- Attends to clients’ inquiries and when other servicers are indisposed
