OUR COMPANY
Magnate Insurance Agency & Consultancy, Inc. (MIACI) was formerly known as Magnate Insurance Brokers & Consultancy, Inc. (MIBCI), an insurance broker who acquired its certificate of incorporation last April 24, 2004. Last November 2000, MIBCI initially started as Magnate Enterprise, a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) broker whose primary aim was to provide customers’ satisfaction on healthcare services to the market with the support from its affiliated HMO Companies. It is a wholly owned Filipino-Chinese corporation.
As an aftermath on the astounding performance of Magnate Enterprise on the first quarter of year 2004, the Company has explored possibilities towards the direction of expanding its services to provide the insurance requirements of our existing and prospective clients.
Hence, we have changed our corporate name from Magnate Enterprise, a sole proprietorship, registered under the Department of Trade and Industry to Magnate Insurance Brokers & Consultancy, Inc., an Incorporation, registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission.
We are keeping hold of our main objective as a broker in the HMO Industry. In pursuance to our distinct thrust, we acquired a Certification from the Department of Health, in compliance to SEC’s requirement, to sell on behalf of the various HMO Companies and changed our Corporate Name to Magnate Insurance Agency & Consultancy, Inc. last 14 August 2007 and focus our expertise on the Employee Benefits Programme.
We assure our Clients that we will continue to serve them up to the extent of our fullest capacity in order to meet their requirements with mutual trust and confidence.

Our distinct thrust is to keep up with our clients’ expectations by being responsive to provide prompt service, ability to deliver the promised service, approachability and ease of contact and lastly, personalized attention in order to attend to the continuous clamor for quality service to our clients.

Our role is to unload our clients with the administrative work, as follows:
- We approach the market and represent on behalf of the Client.
- We make a comparative study and commentary based on the proposals we gathered from different HMO Companies and Insurers
- Our services are “FREE OF CHARGE”
OUR FACILITIES
Our Office is located in Paranaque City. The Company has provided each Account Officer / Servicer with cell phones for easy access of our clients, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
